- WHICH DEVICE YOU RECOMMEND FOR IPTV?

We recommend high or middle class Android TV box such as Nvidia Shield TV, Formuler Z7+/8, Amazon Fire Stick TV or Xiaomi Mi Box S.

 

- I'm using Smart IPTV and I'm getting issues like "Server (URL) connection timeout", "Check playlist URL" or "No playlist uploaded" messages, when starting the app, while my playlist URL that works on my computer, other devices and apps.

"Server (URL) connection timeout"This means you have trouble with your internet connection or your TV cannot handle such a big playlist. Please contact us and we will remove the VOD (they are more than 30 000 streams), so you can try again.

"Check playlist URL" - This means you haven't uploaded your playlist properly or your subscription has been expired.

"No playlist uploaded" - This means you haven't uploaded any playlist.

 

- I'm using Smart STB, MAG or STB Emu and when I try to load any channel, I get black screen.

If you're using VPN, disable it and try again. Make sure your device has internet connection. You can restart your router, your device and try again.

 

- Some of the VOD movies doesn't have sound?

On our VOD database pretty much every movie has sound. The issue is probably your TV doesn't support some audio codecs.

 

- I'm getting bufferings / freezings on every channel.

In 99% of the cases the problem is related with the client side. Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection speed and test it in real time.

- I live in UK and there's buffering / blocking during live matches.

This means your Internet provider is throttling or blocking your connection. You may use VPN.

 

- I'm using VLC and when I open the playlist I'm getting very low number of channels.

That's because you've opened the playlist link directly with VLC and that's wrong setup. Check our tutorial for the VLC how to setup properly.

 

- I'm using KODI and when I try to setup it doesn't show the channels.

As it's already stated in the tutorials section, KODI doesn't work stable with a big playlist, so you should contact us and we will remove the VOD package.

 

– WHAT IS IPTV ?

Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is a service that uses the internet to deliver TV services.
In short, It is transmitting audio and video over a computer network instead of cable, terrestrial or satellite.

Internet Protocol Television is digital television delivered to your television through a high speed internet (broadband) connection.
In this service, channels are encoded in IP format and delivered to the TV through a set top box.
IP TV service also includes video on demand, which is similar to watching video CDs/DVDs using a VCD/DVD player.

 

– HOW DOES IT WORK ?

IPTV converts a television signal into small packets of computer data like any other form of online traffic such as email or a web page. There are three main components of IP TV. First, the TV and content head end, where the TV channels are received and encoded and also other content like videos which are stored. The second component is the delivery network, which is broadband and landline network provided by a telecom operators such as MTNL.

The third component is the set top box, which is required at the customer location. The packets are reassembled into programming by software in the set-top box. This box is connected between the operator’s broadband modem and customer’s TV.

 

– WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF IPTV ?

The quality of digital video and audio is much better compared with the traditional analogue TV.
IPTV uses standard networking protocols, it promises lower costs for operators and lower prices for users. Using set-top boxes with broadband internet connections, video can be streamed to households more efficiently than cable.

 

– WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF IPTV OVER TRADITIONAL TV SERVICES?

IPTV offers a cost effective way of accessing over a thousand channels. In comparison to local cable TV providers, IPTV is less expensive and does not come with any additional costs of buying and installing dishes and antennas. It gives you access to your favorite TV channels from your TV, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Unlike traditional cable TV, IPTV allows you to stream live TV in HD even when you are traveling.

 

- WHAT IS THE CHANNEL QUALITY?

We provide SD, HD and FHD channels. You can check our channels list for more information. Some channels may increase or decrease the quality.

 

- WHAT IS THE REQUIRED INTERNET SPEED TO WATCH IPTV?

For SD channels, you need to have at least 10 mbps.
For HD channels, you need to have at least 15 Mbps.
For FHD channels, you need to have at least 25 Mbps.

Our servers are located in Europe and North America, so it should be tested with European or USA servers.

 

- CAN I WATCH IPTV FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

Yes, you can setup your subscription line on any device and any location in the world. All you need is Internet.

 

- CAN I WATCH IPTV FROM TWO OR MORE DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME?

If you have subscription with 1 connection, you can use it for only one device at the same time. We also offer subscriptions with 2 connections from the same IP. Please contact us for more info.

 

- I GET SOME BUFFERING, ESPECIALLY ON HD CHANNELS. WHAT IS THE REASON?

Please check your internet connection. Check for stability and Internet speed. In most cases these buffering are from the poor Internet connection, Router setting or any firewall on the clients side.

 

- CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT ALL CHANNELS WILL WORK?

Our channels list is really big - more than 7000 Live channels and 30000+ VOD. Some may be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance, but we always try to fix them as soon as possible.

 

- DO YOU OFFER EPG?

Yes, all our subscribers can have access to our EPG database and can watch with no extra cost. Please note that not all countries support EPG

 

- DO I NEED TO USE VPN?

You can use our service without VPN, but in some cases if you have any blocking from your Internet provioder, we recommend it to use.
