How can I cancel my subscription?

You may send us an email with "Request Cancellation" subject and subscription will be cancel immediately (no refund). Please keep in mind, we do not offer any refunds for unused portion of your subscription. If you current subscription expired and you do not pay immediately your account will be cancel automatically.

What device do you recommend to use IPTV??

We recommend high or middle class Android TV box such as Nvidia Shield TV, Formuler Z7+/8, Amazon Fire Stick TV or Xiaomi Mi Box S. If you have Smart TV, just install one of the IPTV app. Please see our tutorials.

I'm using Smart IPTV app and I'm getting issues

- I'm using Smart IPTV and I'm getting issues like "Server (URL) connection timeout", "Check playlist URL" or "No playlist uploaded" messages, when starting the app, while my playlist URL that works on my computer, other devices and apps.

"Server (URL) connection timeout"This means you have trouble with your internet connection or your TV cannot handle such a big playlist. Please contact us and we will remove the VOD (they are more than 30 000 streams), so you can try again.

"Check playlist URL" - This means you haven't uploaded your playlist properly or your subscription has been expired.

"No playlist uploaded" - This means you haven't uploaded any playlist.

 

I'm using Smart STB, MAG or STB Emu and I'm getting issues

- I'm using Smart STB, MAG or STB Emu and when I try to load any channel, I get black screen.

If you're using VPN, disable it and try again. Make sure your device has internet connection. You can restart your router, your device and try again.

Some of the VOD movies doesn't have sound?

On our VOD database pretty much every movie has sound. The issue is probably your TV doesn't support some audio codecs.

I'm getting bufferings / freezings on every channel.

In 99% of the cases the problem is related with the client side. Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection speed and test it in real time.

I live in UK and there's buffering / blocking during live matches.

This means your Internet provider (ISP) is throttling or blocking your connection. You may need to use VPN.

I'm having problem with VLC.

- I'm using VLC and when I open the playlist I'm getting very low number of channels.

That's because you've opened the playlist link directly with VLC and that's wrong setup. Check our tutorial for the VLC how to setup this program properly.

I'm using KODI and doesn't show the channels.

As it's already stated in the tutorials section, KODI doesn't work stable with a big playlist, so you should contact us and we will remove the VOD package.

What is IPTV?

Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is a service that uses the Internet to deliver TV services.
In short, It is transmitting audio and video over a computer network instead of cable, terrestrial or satellite.

Internet Protocol Television is digital television delivered to your television through a high speed Internet (broadband) connection.
In this service, channels are encoded in IP format and delivered to the TV through a set top box.

How does IPTV work?

IPTV converts a television signal into small packets of computer data like any other form of online traffic such as email or a web page. There are three main components of IP TV. First, the TV and content head end, where the TV channels are received and encoded and also other content like videos which are stored. The second component is the delivery network, which is broadband and landline network provided by a telecom operators. The third component is the set top box, which is required at the customer location. The packets are reassembled into programming by software in the set-top box. This box is connected between the operator’s broadband modem/router and customer’s TV.

For SD channels, you need to have at least 10 mbps.
For HD channels, you need to have at least 15 Mbps.
For FHD channels, you need to have at least 25 Mbps.

Our servers are located in Europe and North America, so it should be tested with European or USA locations.

Can I watch IPTV from a diferent locations?

Yes, you can setup your subscription line on any device and any location in the world. All you need is good, stable Internet.

Can I watch IPTV from 2 or more devices at the same time?

If you have subscription with 1 connection, you can use it for only one device at the same time. We also offer subscriptions with 2 connections from the same IP. Please contact us for more info.

I'm getting some buffering, especially on HD channels? What is the reason?

Please check your Internet connection. Check for stability and Internet speed. In most cases these buffering are from the poor Internet connection, Router setting or any firewall on the clients side. Please check our website for more info about buffering.

Can you guarantee that all channels will work?

No, we can not. Our channels list is really big - more than 7000 Live channels and 30000+ VOD. Some may be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance, but we always try to fix them as soon as possible.

Do offer EPG with your channels?

Yes, all our subscribers can have access to our EPG database and can watch with no extra cost. Please note that not all countries support EPG. Please some apps use their own EPG.

Do I need to use VPN?

You can use our service without VPN, but in some cases if you have any blocking from your Internet provioder, we recommend it to use.

What is your Refund Policy?

We DO NOT issue refunds for any subscription products once the order is confirmed and the subscription is sent. No warranties, guarantees or refunds can be provided for any sold IPTV subscription.

What length of the subscription do you recommend?

Longer subscription = cheaper price, but you always need to keep in mind, if for some reason server will go down, you will lose part of your payment. We want to emphasise again, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE SERVER. Actually all other subscription re-sellers are in the same situation, but no one is advising customers about it. How long will take to get respond to my e-mail/request etc?

How can I watch NOWIPTV on browser?

You need to login in to your profile on webplayer tab click on "Watch Stream", you will be redirected to our webplayer. Insert username and password of your IPTV line. Please note this future is not available at this moment. Enjoy!

How can I edit the channel list?

You need to login in your profile on Manage your subscription tab and you can remove all folders which you not plan to use

How can I get my m3u link?

You need to login in your profile and scroll the page down, select from the dropdown menu "m3u with options /MPGETS" and click generate.

How I can change the details of my website account?

You need to login in your profile and click on "Edit Profile", here you will be able to change it.

How can I change the Password of my line?

You need to login in your profile and click on "Edit Profile", here you will be able to change it.

How can add more devices to my account?

If you bought 1 connection , you can connect only 1 device to our Service at the same time, if you bought 2 connections you can connect 2 devices and use them at the same time from the same IP address.

How can I start testing your Service?

Please make sure you have good stable Internet. If you just starting your journey with IPTV, please take some time to learn about it. Spend some time on Internet and read our tutorials, watch some YouTube videos etc. Make sure you have good working device and you know how to configure it. If you are using your Smart TV, please install your application to use IPTV. Once again, please read our tutorials as we are getting 24h trial request. We send 24h trials to our customers with working m3u line, and after few minutes we are receiving email with: "What I need to do with that?". Why with the Android App, iOS app your service is not working

The reason that you don't get the channel's list with our App is username or password was wrongly insert to your app.

How can I get the FREE Trial?

Order the 24h Free Trial, register an account and verify your email (check the spam folder). No credit card needed! You will receive an email with the line and instructions, otherwise go back to Your Client Area on our website and you will instantly see the service .

Error? Issue?

First make sure tha you have working Internet and your subscription is still active. If so, please check our website for Server Status to see if our servers are working at that time. If our servers shows no issues and all your channels are not working 99% of the time is problem on your side. Please check our information about, what to do if IPTV stopped working. Can it be installed on Mag Box?

Yes, You can install on any Mag until version 4.X

I have a stable Internet connection , will i have buffering/freeze ?

  • Please check our website for more information about buffering

Doesn’t matter if you pay for a 50/100/200 mbps connection as that speed is Internal from your ISP to your home. You do not know what the external speed is. It will also effect on your ISP connection during peak time hours (too many users using same ISP in your neighborhood is a big problem) as all will be on the same line. Before contacting us check the following :

  • If you have buffering on 1-2 channels, you may contact us so we will check
  • If it is more than 2 channels, then it is an Internet / device problem

  • Switch off modem/router and check again

  • If your device is not a Magbox , check the link on pc using VLC with wired connection

  • If problem persist then call your ISP to do a hard modem reset

  • If you still experience problems than IPTV is not for you. IPTV does not work like Youtube/Netlfix, if connection drops 0.1% you will have buffering. It must be stable at all times. Please read more information about buffering on our website.

  • If you are a new customer, buy 1 month first. If all works fine then you can subscribe to 3 months service

Can I use it anywhere?

You can use the service anywhere as long as you have good stable Internet connection.
